At Covenant House New York one of our
main goals is to move homeless kids off
the streets and at-risk youth into
stable living situations. A key
component of that mission is our effort
to place young people in jobs where they
can learn good work habits and
self-sufficiency. Our kids bring a wide
variety of skills and talents to the
table. Most importantly they bring
enthusiasm and a desire to improve their
lives -- a valuable asset for any
organization. So, why spend money

we have filled over 2,000 job openings
for employers throughout New York City,
all at no cost to the employer. In
addition, we have supplied employees to
over 800 businesses throughout the New
York City area in the past ten years.

or inexperienced workers, or entry-level
career track positions for youth who
already have some proven work
experience. We have a constant supply of
eager, hard-working, young adults
